Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Cyber Empire (“Antaqor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Antaqor website, applications, AI features, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking a button or checkbox indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, transmit, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, crawlers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product, train competing AI models, or resell access without our written consent.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where doing so is misleading or unlawful.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Cyber Empire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Antaqor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate text, images, code, audio, video, or other output (“AI Output”). AI Output is produced probabilistically by machine-learning models and:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive.
• Should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• May resemble content produced by other users or third parties; we make no claim of uniqueness or originality.
• Is provided “as is” and you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using it appropriately.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Paid features may be offered on a subscription or one-time basis. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Cyber Empire, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyber Empire and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections intended to survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
